Q. What is an escape room?
A. A 1 hour game where a group of people are locked into a room(s) and they must solve puzzles/mystery in order to escape. Hints are often available to the group by the game master who monitors the group at all times via mic and cameras.
Q. How many people can we bring?
A. Our rooms currently range from 2-15 people depending on the room
Q. Do we have to share a room with other people?
A. NEVER! Your room is always exclusive to you and your group, even if there is just the two of you.
Q. Do we need a reservation or can we just show up?
A. Yes, Reservations are required as we will not always have staff on site or have any available rooms.
Q. Can we change or cancel a reservation?
A. Reservation times can be changed but do require several hours notice so we have time to book another group in your spot. The info and change can be made via your original booking link in your email, or calling us. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Call us at 731-273-5874
Q. Do I have to pay for everyone when I book the room?
A. A $50 depsoit is required at the time of booking no matter how many people are attending. The balance can be paid in any fashion upon arrival. There is a full pay option at the time of, or after booking.
Q. Are the rooms scary?
A. There are currently no scary rooms at all.
Q. How old do I have to be?
A. Under 16 requires an adult to sign a waiver of responsibility and must remain on site for the duration of the game. Under 13 requires at least 1 adult to be present in the room.
Q. Do we need to arrive early or what if we are late?
A. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your starting time to allow time for waivers, going over the rules and hearing the room story. Arriving a little late may mean you may be cutting into your 60 minute room time.
Arrival 15 or more minutes past your designated start time will usually result in the cancellation of your booked time and the loss of your deposit.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Due to every room being private to you and your party, the price varies depending on the number of people in your group. 2 people are $29 each, 3-4 is $26 each and 5+ is $24 per person. $16 for children aged 7-12. Under 7 is free.
